TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Must Be Registered Guest of an Approved Lodging Establishment Registered as Reservation Agent with Club Ferdinand and Silver Ridge GTs Leasing & Rentals
• Must be 30 Years of Age or older, have valid driver’s license and current insurance. Proof of Insurance and Driving Record Check Required. Ask at the Front Desk for Forms enabling Club Ferdinand to verify Insurance & Driving History.
• All Reservations & Rentals are subject to “Weather Permitting”, and the renters sole liability for cancellation of reservations or discontinuing usage of vehicle at any time is limited to re-imbursement of all deposits and fees paid to the rentor by the rentee.
• Tours leave at 10:00 AM and Return by 8 PM, Single Fee Tour Rates are split evenly between all vehicles participating in a single Tour.
• The Taylor Inn and other select lodging establishments are acting as travel & reservation agents for Club Ferdinand LLC and the rentor Silver Ridge GTs Leasing & Rentals LLC and have no obligations, responsibility or liability towards the rentee other than taking and managing reservations, deposits, and charging rental and tour fees on behalf of the rentor.

Our primary geographical area of focus is serving full or part-time residents of Blowing Rock, Linville, Banner Elk, Beech Mountain, Boone, Lenoir, Hickory, West Jefferson, Wilkesboro, Morganton, Hendersonville & Asheville, and regular visitors from the Carolina Piedmont and Carolina Coast to the Carolina Mountains, especially those from Charlotte, The Lake Norman Area, Concord, Mooresville, Huntersville, Kannapolis, Cornelius, Davidson, Salisbury, Statesville, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Raleigh, Durham, Lexington, High Point, Cary, Chapel Hill & Wilmington, who wish to tour the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky and Virginia."
We focus on 2 primary member groups and provide special privileges and benefits to those groups.
